Benbolhu can be prepared by putting some rice in water, then placing it into the blender, mixing it into a paste and, adding flour, combining it thoroughly. Then make it long and round, and cook it in water. Next, remove from water, dry and refrigerate it for at least 24h hours. Then cut it into pieces and store it after sun-drying until you receive an order. When Fathimath receives an order, she fries it and sugar coats and packs it in tins.
